360m longwall face:mining technology and a study

对神华神东分公司榆家梁煤矿360 m长综采工作面的地质条件和设备选型配套情况进行了阐述;分析了开采过程中的矿压特征;对工作面输送机的运行总电流随采煤机的截割位置关系进行了测试研究;对输送机的启动、运行及保护作了技术研究,为类似地质条件下推广使用长工作面综采提供了成功经验。

This paper elaborates on the geological conditions of the 360m wide longwall face of Yujialiang Coal Mine and the selection of coal mining equipment and the adaptation of the complete set of the equipment used in the face. Also discussed is the characteristics of mine pressure experienced during coal mining and a test/study is also carried out on the regularity of changing magnitude of the electric current of the face conveyor in relation to the working position of the coal cutter. This paper also studies the technical side of the start, operation and protection of the face conveyor. All these are successful experience for the spread application of longwall faces over long span.
