摘要
本文对废农膜挤出回收处理中存在的若干问题,包括清洗干燥过程中的水耗、能耗,挤出过程中含水量与工艺条件、含水量与产量、废膜厚度与产量的关系等结合实验研究进行了讨论。通过对存在问题的分析论证认为:废农膜的回收利用首先要解决清洗干燥过程中的大量水耗和能耗问题;其次,由于废膜的含水量和厚度直接制约着挤出工艺的稳定性和产量,在挤出设备上必须采取相应的措施如挤出机需具有较强的脱水、排汽性能,加料段开槽等,对被处理的废膜而言,更好地降低含水量、增大体积密度是保证质量、提高产量的关键。
Based on experiments,problems regarding waste film recycling by extruder,such as water and energy consume in cleaning and drying,the relation of water content with technology and output,film thickness with output in extruding,were studied.The results of analysis of the problem showed the problems about water and energy consume in cleaning and drying should be solved first in waste agricultural film recycling,and since the stability of the technology and output were restricted directly by water content and thickness of the waste fime, the extruding equipment should be able to dewater and degas,and slot on feed zone.Decrease of water content and increase of bulk density of waste film were the key point in the improvement of quallity and increase of output.
