摘要
蛋白石矿粉用一定浓度的烧碱在常压下碱溶,经过滤生产出稀水玻璃溶液。再经浓缩与烧碱反应生成偏硅酸钠料浆,然后在特定的结晶条件下由晶种引导,逐步长成大结晶。最后经离心分离,流态化干燥后生产出五水偏硅酸钠成品。
The powdered opal reacts with caustic soda under ordinary pressure,then the dilute sodium silicate obtained through filtration and concentration reacts with solid caustic soda and the slurry of sodium metasilicate is formed,after that,adding the crystal seeds under specific conditions,the crystal is gradually finished,finally,the sodium metasilicate pentahydrate is obtained after centrifugal separation and fluid bed drying.
