摘要
根据电子陶瓷行业的需要,进行了由工业CaCl2制备高纯CaCO3的过程研究,重点考察了CaCl2的精制除杂条件、碳化方式、滤饼洗涤特性及过程放大等对产品理化性能的影响。
In order to meet the requirement of electric-ceramic industry development,the process for the preparation of high-purity CaCO 3 powder from industrial grade CaCl 2 has been studied.The effects of purification condition of CaCl 2 solution,carbonation method,washing feature of the filter-cake and process amplification on the characteristics of the product are discussed in detail.
