碎焊丝埋弧焊在三峡电站拦污栅焊接上的应用

摘要 碎焊丝是一种新型埋弧焊填充材料,利用其自身的导电性和放电特性等物理特性成功解决了用较小热输入完成焊缝一次成形的难题。在腹板厚度为12mm和20mm的H形钢的根部反面第一层不清根的情况下,选择合理的碎焊丝埋弧焊工艺,避免了传统埋弧焊过程中产生未焊透、未熔合及夹渣等焊接缺陷,降低了焊接生产成本、提高了生产效率和产品质量,其各项性能指标均达到了国外同类产品的技术和工艺水平。 The broken welding wire is a new filling material of automatic submerged arc welding. The broken wire's electric and discharging characteristics is successfully used to solve the problems that the welding line is difficult to shape under small heat input. Under without back gouging in the bottom of H-section plate with 12mm-20mm web thickness, some reasonable broken wire welding techniques which achieves foreign equivalent level are chosen to lower the cost, raise the efficiency and improve the quality, simultaneously avoiding limitations of incomplete fusion and slag defects.
