摘要
大型水利工程监测信息内容众多、更新频繁,这给大坝安全监控带来了困难。结合大坝监测特点,以创建合理的数据库结构、友好的人机交互界面为基础,开发了大坝动态监测系统。该系统实现了对监测信息的高效、实时管理,克服了监测信息的更改对软件系统的影响,提高了系统的灵活性、适应性和可移植性,确保了安全监控的实时性和准确性,给管理人员掌握大坝安全性态带来了保障。
For the enormous content and high frequency update, the monitoring information of mega-hydro project has a lot of inconvenience in management and analysis. Based on the appropriate database structure and the good man-machine interface, the Dam Dynamic Monitoring System can real-timely complete the monitoring information management in high-efficiency. It also can avoid the ill-influence of the change of the monitoring information, and the flexibility, adaptability and transplant ability are enhanced. At the same time, this system can improve the accuracy and the real-time character of the safety monitoring, and bring the guarantee of dam safety behavior.
