日粮添加苜蓿皂苷对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋胆固醇及常规蛋品质的影响 被引量:15

摘要 选用288只400日龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组72只鸡,各组设4个重复,每个重复18只鸡,采用单因素方差研究苜蓿皂苷对蛋鸡生产性能及鸡蛋胆固醇及常规蛋品质的影响。在玉米-豆粕型日粮基础上添加0、30、60、90mg/kg的苜蓿皂苷来饲喂蛋鸡,试验期60d。结果表明:日粮中添加苜蓿皂苷,对产蛋率、平均蛋重、耗料量和料蛋比没有显著影响(P>0.05)。综合试验30d和60d结果,日粮中添加苜蓿皂苷60mg/kg,降低蛋黄胆固醇浓度及全蛋胆固醇含量效果最好(P<0.01);日粮中添加苜蓿皂苷60mg/kg、90mg/kg,提高蛋壳厚度效果最好(P<0.05);哈氏单位以60mg/kg组最高(P<0.05)。综合分析得出,日粮中添加60mg/kg的苜蓿皂苷效果最佳。 To study the effects of alfalfa saponins on production performance,yolk cholesterol and egg traits of layers,288 400-day-age Hy-line brown layers were fed corn-soybean diet adding alfalfa saponins (0,30,60,90 mg/kg) . Layers were randomly divided into 4 groups (72 for each group, 18 for each replicate). The basal diet was used as control group,and the experiment lasted for 60 days. The results showed that alfalfa saponins could improve laying rate, mean egg weight,feed intake and reduce feed/egg ratio (P〉0.05). A comprehensive analysis of 30 d and 60 d test results showed that 60 mg/kg alfalfa saponins obviously reduced the contents of yolk cholesterol and egg cholesterol(P〈0.01)and improved Haugh unit significantly (P〈0.05);60mg/kg and 90mg/kg alfalfa saponins could improve eggshell thickness significantly(P〈0.05). It is better for the test to add 60mg/kg alfalfa saponins in basal diet.
