摘要
将120只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡随机分为对照组、试验组1、试验组2(每组设4个重复,每个重复10只),分别饲喂添加0、50、100mg/kg二氢吡啶的玉米-豆粕型日粮6周。试验结果表明,二氢吡啶添加水平为50mg/kg和100mg/kg时均能显著提高日增重、料重比(P<0.05)。试验结束后,分别测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和总抗氧化力(T-AOC)。试验结果表明:在基础日粮中添加50mg/kg、100mg/kg二氢吡啶均能提高肉仔鸡的生长性能和机体抗氧化功能,以100mg/kg添加的效果更为明显。
One hundred and twenty healthy Avian broilers of 1-day-age were randomly divided into three groups(4 replicates for each group,10 broilers for each replicate) :control group,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2. the broilers were fed with basal corn-soybean diets containing diludine 0,50 and 100 mg/kg respectively for 6 weeks. The T-SOD activity,CAT aetivity,GSH-Px activity,MDA contents and T-AOC in serum were detected. The results showed that 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg diludine could affect growth performance of broilers and increase average daily gain and feed intake. 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg diludine could promote growth performance and enhance the anti-oxidation function of broiler chickens. The effect of 100 mg/kg diludine added in the diet is better.
