摘要 为了满足工业CT对数据采集系统的采集实时性、传输准确性、结构小型化及功能模块化等要求,设计并完成了一种基于FPGA+ARM架构的嵌入式数据采集与传输系统。该系统利用FPGA实现了多通道并行数据的实时采集、格式转换与一级缓存,同时利用ARM完成了数据的二级缓存以及基于TCP协议的以太网数据传输。该系统已被应用到多个大型工业CT机中,结果表明该系统能够满足射线能量达9 MeV、探测器通道数达960的工业CT系统运行在各种扫描方式下的数据采集与传输要求。 As a part of the industrial CT, the data acquisition and transmission system is required to acquire data in real time and transmit data exactly. However, the size of it should be as small as possible and it should be a modular system. In order to meet the requirements above, a data acquisition and transmission scheme based on FPGA and ARM is proposed. FPGA is used to realize the parallel data acquisition in real time, format conversion, first-level data cache. ARM is designed to serve as the second-level data cache and transmit data using TCP protocol through Ethernet. The system was applied in some industrial CT systems, and the result indicates that it completely satisfies the requirements of the system with 9 MeV X-ray source and 960 detectors running in different scan modes.
