摘要
以1~4个Kelvin力学单元的广义Kelvin模型和1~3个Kelvin力学单元的修正广义Kelvin模型为基础模型组,对顶伸状态下皮革蠕变实验数据进行了数学拟合。试验研究结果表明:皮革在顶伸状态下的蠕变应变函数ε(t)遵循修正广义Kelvin模型,置信水平均大于99%。其中,以1个Kelvin力学单元的修正广义Kelvin模型所表征的蠕变应变函数,可以作为在顶伸状态下皮革蠕变应变函数的一般表达式。
Generalized Kelvin models with 1 to 4 Kelvin units and modified generalized Kelvin models with 1 to 3 Kelvin units were founded to describe the creeping behavior of leather in the lastometer deformation. The experimental results show that the creeping strain function of leather ε (t) in the lastometer deformation conforms to modified generalized Kelvin models, the significant level of every model is more than 99%. And the modified generalized Kelvin models with 1 Kelvin unit could be a general creeping strain function of leather in the lastometer deformation.
