摘要
本文提出了一种以Femto网关为无线接入侧服务质量协商/策略执行中枢,实现Femto基站服务质量差异化服务以及策略管理的方法。该方法把以核心网为中枢的服务质量协商机制扩展到无线网侧,将当前会话与经由的Femto基站实时关联和捆绑,有效地解决了Femto系统对Femto基站的服务质量差异化管理的需求,使运营商能更有效地掌控Femto系统和制定更加灵活的差异化推广策略。
In this paper, a new QoS management method for differentiating Femto AP is proposed. According to the new method, Femto gateway is used as a center point of the wireless QoS management, the current session is associated with the served Femto AP in real-time. The method help operator to control the Femto system more effectively and constitute the market policy more flexibly.
