本文详细报道了噻嗪酮Ⅷ及中间体叔丁基异硫氰酸酯Ⅰ，Ｎ－叔丁基－Ｎ′－异丙基硫脲Ⅲ，Ｎ－甲基－Ｎ－苯基甲酰胺Ⅳ和Ｎ－氯甲基－Ｎ－苯基氨基甲酰氯Ⅶ的实际工业化生产方法和具体操作步骤，对某些文献报道做了重要改进。

In this paper an improved procedure on the sythesis of buprofezin and intermediate 2-isothiocyanate-2-methyl-propane,N-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-N′-(1-methylethyl)thiourea and (chloromethyl)phenyl carbamic chloride is described.The improved method gave good yields.
