摘要
本文研究植物源次生物质仿生半合成类似物对亚洲玉米螟五龄幼虫的拒食活性,通过改变人工饲料配方和状态,发展建立一种“饲料柱称重法”作为追踪检测新生测方法,以川楝素、紫雪花素和10个新克罗烷二萜化合物的拒食活性进行比较。
To screen for antifeedant activity of botanic chemicals against the fifth instar larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis Guenee,a new bioassay method,capable of directly weighting artificial diet eaten,was developed by changing diet components and shape.With the new method,toosendanin,plumbagin and ten neo-clerodane diterpenoids were examined for their antifeedant activities and results were reported.
