摘要
本文用薄层层析—紫外分光光度法分析了一种种衣剂（种衣剂１９号）中的有效成分克百威和福美双。本方法中克百威及福美双相关系数分别为０９９９７和０９９９４，变异系数分别为０４５％和０５４％，平均回收率分别为９９６％和９９５％。
A determination of Seed Coating Formulation No.19,which contains carbofuran and thiram,by TLC-UV spectrometry is reported in this article.Carbofuran and thiram are separated by a developing solvent (benzene-acetonc-acetic acid=8.5∶0.7∶0.5)and analyzed by UV spectrometer at 280nm and 254nm respectively.The linear correlations are good.The coefficient of variation is 0.45 and 0.54 respectively.Average recovery is 99.6% and 99.2% respectively.
