摘要
采用气相色谱法和黄原酸盐法测定了一种杀菌混剂中腐霉利和代森锰锌含量,腐霉利和代森锰的平均回收率分别为98.2%、98.4%,变异系数分别为0.75%、0.67%.
The practical and accurate method for determination of a fungicide mixture ( procymidone + mancozeb) by xanghogenate method and GC was developed. The mean recoveries of procymidone and mancozeb were 98.2 % , 98.4 % respectively. The coefficients of variation were 0.75 % , 0.67 % respectively.
