摘要
研究了新型铁基高温合金的固溶时效工艺与组织、性能的关系,探讨了适用于高强度大弹体成形模具的铁基高温合金的固溶时效工艺规范。结果表明,新型铁基高温堆焊合金可行的固溶时效工艺为:(1160~1180)℃×2h(水冷)固溶+(760~810)℃×5h(空冷)时效。该合金具有良好的热强性、热稳定性和抗氧化性,工作温度可达700~850℃。
In order to explore the best heat treatment process for Fe-based high-temperature alloy which was applicable for the high strength steel projectile body hot forming die's work condition,the relationship between the process of solution and aging treatment and the microstructures and properties was investigated.The results indicate that the optimum solution and aging process for the Fe-based high-temperature alloy is solution at 1 160-1 180 ℃ for 2 h,then quenched in water,and aged at 760-810 ℃ for 5 h.The alloy has superior high temperature mechanical properties and oxidation resistance,and its working temperature can reach to 700-850 ℃.
