胃肠道间质瘤耐药机制的新认识
摘要
胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumors，GIST）是间叶源性肿瘤，约占胃肠道肿瘤的1％。多数研究认为，GIST起源于具有起搏活性的胃肠道Cajal间质细胞（ICC），故本病多见于胃（65％）和小肠（25％），少数可发生于肠系膜或网膜，
