Hypoxia inducible factor-1α:a key regulator for tumor biological characteristics

摘要 低氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)在多种人类肿瘤中高表达,调节着参与肿瘤生物学行为进程的诸多基因的转录,在肿瘤的发生发展中起着极为重要的作用。目前,HIF-1α的研究已成为肿瘤研究中令人关注的领域。对肿瘤中HIF-1α生物学功能认识的加深,为寻求以HIF-1α为靶点的肿瘤治疗提供了科学依据。 Hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), is overexpressed in many human tumors. A vast array of genes involved in tumor biological characteristics is regulated by HIF-1α, which weighs heavily in favor of tumor genesis and progression. So far, studies on HIF-1α have became an attracting area of tumor research, which makes scientists better understanding how HIF-1α functions in tumor biological characteristics and provides scientific basis for tumor therapies targeting HIF-1α.
