The dual relationship between RANTES and tumor

活化正常T细胞表达和分泌的调节因子(regulated upon activation normal T cell expressed and secreted,RANTES),是趋化性细胞因子CC亚家族成员。目前,其作为抗肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点受到广泛的关注,而RANTES在肿瘤中促肿瘤浸润和转移和抗肿瘤的多重作用陆续被发现。本文就RANTES与肿瘤的双重作用的研究进展做如下综述。

Regulated upon activation normal T cell expressed and secreted （RANTES） is one member of chemotactic cytokines in CC subfamilay member. RANTES have recently been focused as a new target of antitumor immuno-therapy, whereas several studies have showed that RANTES have dual roles in promoting tumor metabasis and in rousing antitumor responses. Here this paper review the progress of study on the dual relationship between RANTES and tumor.
