摘要
微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一组长度约20~23个核苷酸的单链非编码RNA,通过转录后沉默调控靶基因的表达。研究表明,部分miRNA的异常表达与人类某些类型肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。miRNA的表达谱及遗传表达模式可能发展成为新的分子生物学标志,帮助肿瘤诊断分型,并成为潜在的治疗靶标。本文主要对近年来新发现的与常见肿瘤相关的miRNA的研究展开综述。
MicroRNAs (miRNA) are an abundant class of single-stranded non-coding RNA molecules of about 21-23 nucleotides in length, which regulate gene expression by post-transcriptional gene silencing. Research suggests that miRNA has an effect on the development of some types of cancer. MiRNA signatures may enable the classification of cancer, potentially leading to a new segment of targets for diagnostics and therapeutics. This article mainly introduces the newly discovered miRNA associated with the common tumor in recent years.
