摘要
一氧化碳(CO)是一种新发现的气体信使分子。在动物中,已经发现了动物内源产生的CO参与了各种代谢的调节。最近研究表明,CO作为信号分子在植物发育以及对非生物胁迫的应答中发挥了非常重要的调节作用。本文综述了CO在植物体内的合成途径、生理功能及其信号转导途径的研究进展,并对相关研究进行了展望。
Carbon monoxide (CO), a novel gaseous messenger molecule, has been proved to regulate various metabolism processes in animals. Interestingly, recent researches have also demonstrated that CO plays important roles in plant development and responses to abiotic stresses. In this paper, the research progress of the synthesis and physiological functions of CO and its transdnction routes, as well as relative future research issues were summarized.
