摘要
国外某原油输送管线的一段钢管在进行水压检测时出现了钢管破裂漏水,对该X65级螺旋埋弧焊管的失效部分进行了实物取样、解剖,从外观形貌、射线检查、金相检测、断口扫描、疲劳断口类比等方面进行了分析,得出了钢管失效的原因。通过对失效钢管的分析说明,钢管生产制造过程控制及运输过程控制对保证产品质量意义重大。
A section of steel pipe used for transportation crude oil overseas broke and made water during pipeline press test ,then sampling and anatomizing from invalidation section of X65 grade SSAW pipe. h found crack forming mechanism and reason through test analysis of appearance and shape, X ray photographic, metallographic analysis, scanning electron micrograph inspection, etc. The analysis results showed course control of producing and transporting steel pipe to ensure product quality was significant.
