摘要
介绍了焊缝碾压形变热处理设备的一些基本情况,分析了碾压形变热处理的工艺及方法以及影响碾压形变热处理效果的主要因素。通过与常规未进行碾压形变热处理的焊板在金相组织和力学性能方面进行比较,显示采用合理的碾压形变热处理工艺可以有效地改善焊缝的金相组织及力学性能。
This paper introduces some basic information of welding joints thermomechanieal treatment with roller compaction equipment, and analyzes the procedure and method of thermomeehanical treatment with roller compaction, as well as the main factors in effect the results of thermomechanical treatment with roller compaction. Comparing the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of thcnnomeehanical treatment with roller compaction with those that not undergoing thermomechanical treatment with roller compaction ,it shows that adopting applicable thermomechanical treatment with roller compaction procedure can effectively improve metallographic structure and mechanical properties of welding joints.
