摘要
在定向排布的晶须补强复合材料中,晶须定向度的测定和表征是研究和预测该类复合材料的一个重要内容.本文在以往织构研究的基础上,针对β-SiC晶须的特点,提出了一种简单而实用的晶须定向度的计算方法.采用β-SiC晶须的{111}和{220}两晶面族的X射线衍射线的相对强度来定量地计算晶须定向度.并通过实验验证了这一方法的适用性.
It plays an important role in the study of whisker reinforced composites to measure and characterize the whisker orientation degree. According to the structural characteristics of β_SiC whisker, a new method to determine the whisker orientation degree was presented in reference to the previous research results on texture. It can be calculated using the relative intensity of X _ray diffraction on the {111} and {220} crystal planes of β _SiC crystals. Taking several green bodies of SiC w/Si 3N 4 composites prepared by different processes as examples, the suitability of this method is proved.
