一种确定陶瓷材料Weibull模数的简便方法

A SIMPLE METHOD FOR DETERMINING WEIBULL MODULUS FOR CERAMICS

采用ＭｏｎｔｅＣａｒｌｏ数值模拟方法对陶瓷材料Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ模数点估计值ｍ与断裂强度测试结果的变异系数ｃｖ之间的对应关系作出了定量的描述，进而提出了一种由ｃｖ直接确定陶瓷材料Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ模数的简便方法．分析表明：由这一新方法所确定的Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ模数点估计值ｍ与由常规点估计方法获得的ｍ之间在统计学意义上没有显著差异．

The relationship between the predicted value of Weibull modulus ( m ) and the variation coefficient of the measured strength ( c v) for ceramics is described quantitatively by Monte Carlo simulations. A simple method for determining Weibull modulus directly with c v is then presented. It is shown that there is no obvious difference statistically existed between the predicted Weibull values obtained with this new method ( m ) and those with the conventional prediction method ( m ).
