摘要
绿色IT是整个人类社会发展的需要。在描述绿色IT的特点与判定标准的同时,侧重提出并研究了作为绿色IT最重要的组成部分的绿色操作系统的作用、功能特点及其实现方法。
Green IT is necessary to the development of human society. This paper describes the characteristics of green IT and the determine standards, puts emphasis on the study of the most important integral part of green IT that the role of green operating sYstem, the functional characteristics and implementation method of green operating system.
