稻谷副产品中脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱分析 被引量:4

摘要 对稻谷副产品脂肪酸的组成和含量进行分析测定。采用索氏提取法提取了稻谷副产品中的脂肪油,再进行甲酯化处理,利用气相色谱-质谱法对其脂肪酸组成及含量进行了分析测定。结果表明,从稻糠、稻叶、稻秆中鉴定出的脂肪酸分别占其总检出量的96.72%、71.77%和92.63%,不饱和脂肪酸含量分别为72.88%、45.26%和66.96%。 The components and the relative contents of the fatty acid of byproducts from rice were analyzed. The fatty oil was extracted by soxhlet extraction method. The obtained fatty oil was esterified by sodium hydroxide-methanol. The fatty acid was separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry respectively. The results show that contents of the identified fatty acid make up 96.72%, 71.77% and 92.63% of the total identified in rice chaff, rice leaf and stalk respectively. The unsaturated fatty acids account for 72.88%, 45.26% and 66.96% respectively.
