摘要
建立了一种以HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4体系湿法消解食用明胶,并采用分光光度计测定其中微量铬的新方法。该方法的相对标准偏差1.8%-5.9%,回收率93.3%-104.7%(n=8),同时与原子吸收光谱法对照实验的误差均在4%以下。本法可测定食用明胶中的微量铬。
A new method was described to determine micro chromium in edible gelatin by using HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4 system and wet digestion. The results showed that the relative standard deviations and recoveries were 1.8 %-5.9 % and 93.3%-104.7% respectively (n = 8). Meanwhile, the errors of contrast tests between atomic absorption method and this method were all below 4%. This method can be used for determining micro chromium in gelatin.
