急性胰腺炎时抵抗素和Hs—CRP的变化及其意义 被引量：9

摘要 急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis，AP）临床表现差异极大，轻症与重症的治疗及预后截然不同，早期预测和正确评估AP的严重程度，把握其进展趋势，在临床工作中就显得尤为重要。本研究监测轻症急性胰腺炎（mild acute pancreatitis，MAP）和重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis，SAP）
