摘要
细胞周期调定点激酶基因（cell-cycle-chekpoint kinase gene，CHEK2）编码细胞周期调定点激酶，与BRCA1和P53参与的DNA修复有关，与乳腺癌发生有较密切的关系。我们应用PCR-SSCP技术检测CHEK2基因第1、10、11、13、14外显子的突变情况，现将结果报告如下。
