荧光原位杂交法检测胃癌组织中Her-2／neu基因扩增及其预后意义 被引量：1

摘要 很多研究发现Her-2／neu蛋白表达与基因扩增的结果并不完全一致，Her-2／neu基因扩增能更好地反应恶性肿瘤的生物学行为、监测预后。因此我们采用荧光原位杂交的方法（FISH）对免疫组织化学法（IHC）Her-2／neu蛋白表达的胃癌进行研究，旨在探讨二者之间的一致性，以及Her-2／neu基因扩增胃癌的特点。
