摘要
船舶主机冷却水系统是保障船舶主机正常稳定运行的重要辅助系统,为了优化和充分发挥船舶主机冷却水系统的性能,需要了解它在工作时的热力动态过程。利用传热学的相关理论,对船舶主机缸套冷却水系统的传热进行了分析,给出了系统的热力动态数学模型。并且考虑了水温的变化对主机缸套水冷却器传热系数的影响,提高了模型的精确度。然后利用SIMULINK工具对系统进行了仿真,对仿真结果的分析表明,仿真结果基本符合系统实际工作情况,从而表明模型是正确的。为下一步的控制研究打下了坚实的基础。
The main engine cooling water system is an important auxiliary system to ensure stable operation of main engine. In order to optimize and give full play to the main engine cooling water system performance, there is a need to understand its thermal dynamic process at work. A mathematic model has been established by analyzing the heat transfer mechanism in the jacket water cooling system for main marine diesel engine using the transfer theory. And the temperature influence on the jacket water cooler's transference of heat is comsidered. So the precision of the model is improved. And then SIMULINK is used for simulating the system, the analysis of simulation results show that curves obtained through simulation with the model established accord with real running states, so the model is correct. And this model has set up a firm base for the next research of controlling.
