摘要
针对近年来商用车侧翻事故的凸现,提出了一种利用空气悬架提高车辆倾翻阈值,减小车辆倾翻危险的方法。根据空气悬架可变刚度的特点设计编写了控制算法,并与在SIMMECHANICS下建立的七自由度车辆模型相结合进行仿真。仿真结果表明,半主动空气悬架能够有效提高车辆倾翻阈值,显著改善车辆抗侧翻的能力,从而大大减小车辆倾翻的危险。
For the commercial vehicle rollover more and more happening, an anti-overturn method that could raise rollover threshold and reduce the danger of the vehicle rollover was proposed. Considering the air suspension's variable stiffness, the control algorithm was designed. Based on an established seven-degree-of-freedom vehicle dynamic model, simulation results were obtained. The results suggest that vehicle rollover stability with semi-active air suspension can be significantly improved, and the danger of the vehicle rollover with raising rollover threshold can be reduced.
