摘要
为获得船尾装药结构对侵彻体性能的影响规律,该文运用LS-DYNA仿真软件计算了船尾装药结构形成侵彻体的过程;采用中心点和环形多点同时起爆的方式,通过改变船尾结构参数对比分析了侵彻体性能变化规律,得出船尾装药半径和倾角对侵彻体性能参数的影响规律,定量提出了船尾装药结构的基本设计原则。研究表明,船尾装药的设计优于一般装药结构;船尾半径及倾角设计存在最优值,最佳船尾半径约为装药半径的40%,最佳倾角约为45°。
In order to study the effect of stem charge configuration on the performances of penetrators, the formation of penetrators is simulated by LS-DYNA software. The shaped stern charge ignition at central point and wreath multi-points are adopted. By changing configurations of stem charge, different penetrators are obtained and analyzed. The effect of charge radius and charge angle on the performance of penetrators are obtained. It can be concluded from the results that the penetrator performance from stern charge is better than that from general shaped charge. This paper supplies rationally a basic design principle for stern charge. The optimum radius of stern is approximately 40% of the charge radius, and the optimum obliquity of stern is approximately 45°.
