摘要 采用高温固相法合成出系列黄光Sr3SiO5:Eu2+,RE3+(RE=Sm,Dy,Ho,Er)化合物,从XRD,荧光光谱以及热释光曲线方面系统研究其荧光、长余辉发光性质及其在固态照明(LED)上的应用。研究结果表明:利用某些三价稀土离子的共掺杂,获得荧光增强的高亮度橙黄色荧光材料Sr3SiO5:Eu2+,RE3+,并且观察到橙黄色长余辉现象(RE=Dy,Ho,Er);热释光谱的主峰位于100℃左右。将其和近紫外LED(~395 nm)或蓝光LED封装成高亮度橙黄光和白光LED,光效高达约40 lm.W-1以上。此化合物将在固态照明与显示、信息存储等方面获得应用。 A series of Sr3SiO5 : Eu^2+ , RE^3+ ( RE = Dy, Ho, Er) phosphors were synthesized by the hightemperature solid-state reaction. The powder samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction. The photoluminescence emission and excitation spectra, fluorescence decay curves and long lasting properties of the synthesized phosphors were also studied. It was proved that the co-doped of RE^3+ could improve the luminescent intensity of the phosphor. And the long lasting phosphorescence was observed when it was excited under 400 nm. And the long-lasting yellow LED and the white LED could be obtained from the phosphor and blue Ga (In) N LED of the near UV ( - 395 nm) , respectively. The luminous efficiency of the fabricated LEDs could reach 40 lm·W^-1.
