This paper expounds the values of the various schools of thought, introduces the components of the 〈The Complete Book of Hundred Schools〉, probes into the arrangement of the works of ancient philosophers of China and the values of 〈The Complete Book of Hundred Schools〉, and points out that 〈The Complete Book of Hundred Schools〉 is a reservoir of Chinese ancient schools of thought, and the literature values of some works in which need us to closely reexamine.
