This paper introduces the methods for establishing the connection with trans-national garment purchasers by Chinese garment trade companies and factories, discusses bow to form the good cooperative relationship through the scientific cooperation with trans-national garment purchasers, and puts forward some measures for Chinese garment trade companies and factories to deal with trans-national garment purchasers scientifically.
