摘要
分析了企业在招聘人才过程中出现的各种问题,对已有的人才招聘博弈模型进行了研究,并在此基础上提出了新的人才招聘模型,探讨了解决人才招聘中存在问题的对策。
This paper analyzes various problems occurring in the talents recruitment, researches the game model of the talents recruitment, and introduces the problem of whether the job seekers are up to the job or not after being hired, and regards this problem as a dynamic game problem including three phases and makes research on it, and through analyzing this model, puts forward some strategic suggestions on solving such problem in the talents recruitment.
