摘要
为了证实蛋用鹌鹑的正常体温,掌握其生理变化的一般规律,采用双因变量多因素,2个处理6个重复的设计方案,选被试鹌鹑12只,依据性别不同分成2个处理,在不同的测定时间内,对环境温度、相对湿度、鹌鹑的翼下体温和呼吸频率进行了测定、记录、统计分析。结果显示:鹌鹑(♀,♂)平均体温为:(41.93±0.53)℃,其中雄鹌鹑(♂)的平均体温:(41.81±0.58)℃,雌鹌鹑(♀)平均体温:(42.04±0.44)℃。在昼夜之间,群体平均体温最高的时间是上午9:10,最低的时间是晚18:00,与其它畜禽的体温变化规律区别明显;研究证实了蛋用鹌鹑的正常体温,首次发现了鹌鹑特有的体温变化规律。
The experiment was designed and carried on for verifying and mastering the general variety regulation of quail physiology and its normal body temperature. Double dependent variables, multiply factors, two tries and 6 repetitions were designed and adopted in the experiment. Chosen 12 quails, according to the sex, were divided into bisexual two tries naturally, 6 quails for each group. The environment temperature, and the relative humidity, and the body temperature under the right plumage of quail, and the frequency of breathe were tested, recorded and analyzed in day and night different time of 24 h. The results are shown that average body temperature of quails (F, M) is (41.93±0.53) ℃. Among them average body temperature of the male quail (M) is (41.81±0.58) ℃, and the female's (F) is (42.04±0.44) ℃. The obvious changing regularity at different time in day and night is found by still study. A day and night, the max value of average body temperature of the block on testing time is at 9:10, the mix value is at 18:00. There is significant different between them and humans or other animals which had studied by people. The normal body temperature of egg lying quails was proved on the study. It is the first discovery on vary law of egg lying quails body temperature.
