Study on Chinese 24 exported vegetables pesticide residue substandard

自2006年5月29日日本实施《肯定列表制度》以来,日本加强了对农产品的安全检查,中国农产品出口受到较大影响。作者通过对日本实施《肯定列表制度》实施以来至2008年12月31日,中国输日被扣的24种蔬菜上超标农残化学品的详细统计及对农残超标原因的分析,提出了对策和建议。

Since the implementation of ＂positive list system＂ on 29 may 2006 by Japan, safety detection ot agricultural product has been strengthened and Chinese agricultural product exportation has been greatly influenced. The article has studied the influence of ＂positive list system＂ since its application to 31 May 2008, especially the 24 detained vegetables because of pesticide residue substandard, and statistics the related pesticides and the substandard reasons in detail. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward on this base.
