摘要
随着苹果主栽品种的更迭,易感轮纹病品种—富士的大面积推广,苹果轮纹病成为中国苹果生产最为严重的病害之一,给苹果产业造成重大损失,严重时可对果园造成毁灭性破坏。为了供进一步研究和生产防治提供参考,笔者就近些年来对苹果轮纹病病原菌的分离鉴定、发病规律、抗病机理及防治技术等方面的研究进展进行了综述,认为将来开发苹果轮纹病菌的生防菌种将成为一种十分重要的研究方向,同时,建议开展寄主植物与病原菌间相互作用的蛋白质组学研究,与抗性/感病密切相关的蛋白质,为揭示抗性/感病的机理及相关基因挖掘奠定基础。
With the alternation of main cultivars of apple and extension of ARR (apple ring rot) -sensitive cuhivar Fuji, ARR has been one of the most serious diseases, by whieh serious loss was caused. In order to provide reference for further study and control, the pathogen, resistance mechanism, and occurrence regularity and its control were summarized, and analyzed the existing problems and research directions. At the same time, the author suggest developing the research of proteomics, in order to screen the proteins related to resistance/ susceptibility, and lay a foundation for explanation the mechanism of resistance/susceptibility and correlative gene mining.
