关于煤炭企业跨行转型的研究

Research on the Cross-industry Transformation of Coal Enterprises

针对煤炭资源的渐近枯竭和人口的逐年增加,现有的能源将逐渐不能满足企业发展的需要,而许多煤矿企业将因能源缺乏而失去动力,面临"矿竭企亡"的风险的问题,提出并介绍了煤炭企业跨行转型的思路、方法。

Along with the approaching exhaustion of the coal resources and the increase of the population with years, the current resources cannot meet the needs of the development of enterprise. Many coal enterprises are demotivated because of the lack of resources and face the risk of mineral exhaustion and enterprise death. This paper introduces some basic ideas for today＇ s coal enterprises＇ transformation, analyzes the difficulties in the cross-industry transformation of coal enterprises, and researches the modes of the cross-industry transformation.
