介绍了新近颁布实施的《地下工程防水技术规范》GB50108-2008修订的背景,强调了新规范的强制性条文,分析了新旧规范的差异,以利于大家对新规范的理解与执行,从而提高工程防水质量。
Technical code for waterproofing of underground works （GB50108-2008） is the new national code, which is to be put into effect on 4 April 2009, the old one is to be abolished at the same time. Introduced the edit background of that code, emphasized the compellent articles of new code, analyzed the difference of the new code and the old one, to help understanding and performing the new code better, thereby promoting the quality of engineering waterproofing.
