摘要
结合《司法鉴定通则》和工作实践,就司法鉴定的委托与受理、鉴定实施、文书出具、鉴定人出庭等问题进行探讨,并就如何做好鉴定工作提出建议。
Based on General Rule for Judicial Expertise and working practice, discussed a few problems such as entrusting and receiving, identification implement, amanuensis issue and appraiser entering an appearance, put forward some advices about how to improve judicial expertise job.
