摘要
铜冶炼节能降耗综合技术改造工程是"十五"期间重大技术改造项目。在全面总结项目实施过程中所取得施工经验的基础上,重点论述了项目实施中三步定位操作法、预埋件二次加工、柱墩二次浇灌及埋件底部二次灌浆等方法在厂房钢柱基础及炉体基础施工中的应用,并分析了采用该技术后取得的技术效果和经济效益。
Copper smelting energy-saving and consumption-reducing technological transformation project is one of the most important technological transformation projects during the period of "llth Five-Year Plan". Based on the summarization of construction experience from the project, elaborated "three-step positioning maneuver", secondary operation of embedded part, secondary pouring method of stub and embedded part bottom, analyzed the technical-economical effects of those technique.
