4月22日，第40个“世界地球日”，第二届中国绿色公司年会如约在北京召开。会场内外，大家手提绿色环保袋，胸戴绿色会徽；礼仪小姐也一改惯常的红色旗袍，穿上洁白的连衣裙，腰扎醒目的绿腰带。正在蔓延的金融危机不仅没有让绿色显得黯淡，反而让绿色更加深入人心。“没有金融危机和经济危机，绿色是个奢侈的概念，有了经济危机，谈绿色、谈绿色公司，就变成了一个必须的话题。”绿色年会的发起方，中国企业家杂志社社长、中国企业家俱乐部执行主席刘东华如是解读。
