摘要
讨论了血液锌原卟啉(ZPP)荧光测定仪的设计与实现,并给出了该仪器的测量原理和具体的硬件电路及系统软件流程。提出了一种用光电倍增管测量荧光的方法。该方法具有抗干扰能力强、稳定性高等特点。
The design of ZPP hematofluorometer is discussed. The measurement principle, the hardware circuit and the system software flowchart are presented. One method of measuring fluorescence by multiplier phototube is proposed in this paper. This method has the properties of strong resistance against interference and high stability.
