北京市卫生局在推行基层专科医师培训过程中采取了整体推进、稳步实施的工作方式，并进行了有益的尝试，通过统一思想、提高认识，营造基层专科医师培训的良好环境；总体部署、分步实施，探索适合基层专科医师培训制度的有效途径；提高质量、强化管理，加强专科医师培训体系建设等措施取得了良好的效果，形成了有效的运行机制。

In the project of training countryside and community health institute＇ s specialist, Beijing selected whole advancement and steadily implantation mode to promote the project. By unique and improving idea and establishing good environment for specialist training, effective countryside and community health institute＇ s specialist training mode was explored. The measures of improving quality, strengthening management and promoting specialist training system have got good effectiveness and effective operation mechanism was formed.
