摘要
近年来,我院探索建立了较为完整的学科建设综合评估指标体系,制定了"学科建设量化评分标准",包括医疗、教学、科研、学术队伍及技术支撑条件等方面的内容。其中,科研评价指标的建立,以其特有的科研量化指标内容和应完成的目标为基础,以其重要的学术竞争指标和引导性,达到对学科评价的目的,结合对医院各学科的综合实力进行横向和纵向的比较及科学、有效的衡量,对医院各学科的综合实力进行客观评价,实行动态的规范化管理[1]。通过以上体系评估,使各学科带头人做到知已知彼,寻找差距,及时整改,最终促进本学科持续、平稳发展。
In recent years, Xuanwu Hospital has established a fairly complete general evaluation indictors system for discipline construction and a quantity evaluation standard which inw)lved medical service, education, researeh, research team and technical support. Research indictors were designed in the base of definition and quantity objectives, involving academic competition indictors and guidance indictors to effectively evaluate discipline development. Based on all discipline' s comprehensive strength, vertical and horizontal comparisons were done to scientifically and effectively assess discipline capacity and to implement dynamical and standard management. Discipline heads knew the status quo and gap of discipline development and sought for improving measures to assure discipline sustainable and healthy development.
