摘要
针对陀螺轴尖加工生产中对表面缺陷进行在线检测和关键几何尺寸进行高精度在线测量问题,设计并实现了基于显微机器视觉技术和快速图像处理技术的在线非接触检测测量系统。检测时,待检轴尖安装在精密位移台上,采用专用光源系统照明,通过显微成像系统成像;图像经采集、预处理、分割、特征提取、参数测量、结果统计等处理步骤,得到轴尖表面缺陷数量及几何尺寸。实测结果表明系统具有高效率、精度高、易于使用等特点,可有效解决轴尖表面缺陷检测及尺寸在线测量问题。
A micro machine vision and fast imaging processing technologies based online non-contact measuring and detection system is proposed to meet the need of the high accuracy online dimension measurement and metal surface defects detection problem when manufacturing the gyro axis tip. During the measurement, the axis tip to is mounted on a precision translation and rotation stage, and is lighted by the special designed lighting system. The micro machine vision system is employed to image the axis tip, and the image is grabbed and processing by using image processing procedures including pre-processing, segmentation, feature extraction, parameter estimation and result statistics, to detect and count the surface defects and to measure its dimensions. Experiments show that the proposed system has the features of high efficiency, high accuracy and ease of use. It can effectively meet the needs of axis tip defects detection and dimension measurement.
